An important message from the Owner

As of Sunday 19th June 2016, we have taken the decision to no longer allow the use of fireworks during any future events held here at Colliters Brook Farm.  We appreciate this may be a disappointment to those who have made future bookings and apologise to any guests considering the possible inclusion of fireworks in celebrations.  We have taken this step purely to preserve the tranquility of the surrounding area and the negative effect on local neighbours and their associated livestock and pets.

In addition, we must insist upon our music 'shut down' time of 23:30hrs and would ask all visitors and guests to be co-operative and respectful to limit additional late night noise such as shouting, chanting, singing and raised voices in general.  This is a family owned business and our home; the welfare of our environment and that of our neighbours will be paramount.

All guests and visitors are respectfully requested (by law) not to bring any alcoholic drinks of any description to any event here at Colliters Brook Farm.  Drinks consumed on the premises must be limited to purchases from the official bar supplied, or table wine supplied by their hosts, during seated meals.  Any guest in breach of these reasonable conditions will be asked to leave the venue without delay.

Those of you who have attended our farm on previous occasions will, I'm sure, consider us to be reasonable people and recognise our philosophy for everyone to enjoy themselves immensely.

I have taken these steps to highlight the above conditions as a proper and reasonable response, entirely due to some recent breaches of respect and poor late night behaviour.
